"The property looks nice as you drive up, but we were very unhappy with the following: excessive dog hair on beds, couch, pillows, flooring, dirty utensils, dirty shower, back door lock would not release, I repaired it, bbq ready to fall over, deck cushions were very dirty, patio table was ready to fall over. Very neglected property."

"Raccoons Hallow is small but adequate for two people, and its location was great—close to restaurants, stores, and the lake. Unfortunately, during our stay, the weather was unseasonably warm, and without air conditioning, it was a bit uncomfortable. The shower was small, and the sink was the tiniest we’ve ever seen. The bed, however, was comfortable, and the Smart TV gave us access to apps, which was a nice bonus. The kitchen had pots and pans but no stove, only a toaster oven, microwave, and...

"The property manager, Stormy Barnes, is fantastic! The property is not. There were nice touches, like a comfortable king-size bed and nice soap, but they could not make up for the terrible smell of the place and the moldy towels. The property may want to invest in a water filtration system. I could smell and taste the water from 3 feet away. I was worried people could smell it on me after my shower. Stormy is great, but I could not stay here again until a lot of improvements are made. "
