"Wonderful host, and the Amelia House has everything you need for a weekend getaway. We came to visit The Alamo & Riverwalk. To San Antonio is about 30mins. We enjoyed the historic tour in Castroville. Moye Retreat Center is beautiful. If you like late 1800's buildings you will enjoy the town."

"We had a good stay, however you do need to pay attention to all the rules. Especially no shoes in the home. It was kinda hard to take off your shoes at the entrance and walk around the house barefoot the entire time. However, we didn’t ask if we may wear slippers. "Had a great time and the location was perfect just what we were looking for. We enjoyed the stay the house was very cozy and we definitely enjoyed the pool the neighborhood was very quiet and friendly.
