Was not made aware that there was a rental below me and that I was sharing the building and parking area. There were several occasions that this became awkward and uncomfortable for me. The place was very cute and decorated nicely. There were a colony of kitties next door which was ok until I discovered one had gotten inside downstairs. Several attempts to communicate with the caretaker seemed unsuccessful re: snow removal I had to wait 24 hours to get out of driveway ,parking issues ,and then this cat thing.

Wonderful Escape
Beautiful accommodations, very clean and the perfect location. Only downside for me was not enough hot water to fill the luxurious claw foot tub and the baby proofing in the bathroom.

I didn’t stay and no one would assist with cancellation
Host was notified day of I wasn’t coming. Host didn’t not cancel and VRBO wouldn’t let me cancel. Host agreed to returning taxes and cleaning fee. Cleaning fee was returned and taxes refused because it reservation wasn’t cancelled. I do not recommend a host who does not stand by what they say they will do.

Nice stay in Dunsmuir
The home is nicely decorated and comfortable. The owner provides many nice extras. We enjoyed our stay very much. There were very nice folding beds that worked great. I am not sure if I would stay again for a couple of reasons. One is that there is no yard and I brought my dog. The house is right on a he street so this was a little challenging with a dog. The other is that it is a double rental, one upstairs and one downstairs, which I somehow didn’t realize. While we were there there was not a downstairs renter, but there was a note stating a need to step quietly in the living room as it was above the bedroom of the downstairs unit. It is overall a very nice rental.

Very clean and inviting. Host worked with us to enter residence early. Loved the claw foot tub and decor. Kitchen was fully stocked however, would have preferred an actual electric coffee maker. I had to google how to use the French Press.

Beautiful and Functional
My girlfriend and I agreed this is the nicest VRBO we've stayed and we've been to over a dozen. Every detail of the interior design and kitchen setup has been thought through. We cooked full meals and took baths. If my home was this nice I would be lucky. The host communication was excellent. Highly recommend. My only regret is we didnt spend the rest of our vacation here!!

Really nice rental, but…
Everything was clean and nice about the property! Nothing bad about the host or anything! However, I personally felt that the bed was extremely uncomfortable, I ended up sleeping on the couch instead. It’s a VERY firm mattress, and I understand that many enjoy that but for me I was in tons of pain trying to sleep on it. This is a personal preference so I’m still rating highly because it was nice otherwise. Just a heads up to others who may prefer a softer bed like me. Loved the bathtub and cute kitchen!

Beautifully appointed home
We very much enjoyed our stay in this home. It is beautifully updated and has a great kitchen. Anything I needed to cook with was in easy reach. And, there is a very nice grocery store in walking distance. The dining space is right in the kitchen and has tons of natural light from the many windows. The area is very quiet. The ease of entry was great and communication with the owner also very good. Thanks for everything!

This place was so adorable! Clean and spacious. Close to everything…Shasta, and McCloud. The neighbors were super friendly and the neighborhood nice. We will be back! Be sure to download the guide they send prior to checking in since it has all Wi-Fi info.

Cute house in a town untouched by time.
This house is really cute and comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches and a really friendly host. It was great that we were allowed to bring our dog. There was room for my husband and I and our teenage daughters. It's definitely the nicest house on the block. The architecture of the old houses in the neighborhood is fun to check out on walks.

Excellent space
From the start, the instructions and communications with the host were all very clear and easy to understand. The place is very well-decorated and furnished. Very cozy! It’s a two minute walk to the Main Street to get to some restaurants and another street away is the arts district. Wintertime, has very little traffic. It’s got a beautiful view of the mountains and the sunrise. You’ll love this place for a short weekend or a whole week. Everything you need to store leftovers or cook a full multi-course meal.

Wonderful Stay!
My husband and I came for a weekend get away! This was exactly what we needed!! We loved the place, wonderfully decorated! We listened to music, played games and drank french press (we came home and bought one! )! Thank you for a great stay!!
