"It used to be one of my favourite hotels for business trip to Bristol but this time the experience has been extremely bad… almost 50 minutes waiting for the food at the restaurant during dinners , every single day …. The worst part was the housekeeping service … not done at all during the whole stay ..."

"La habitación estuvo muy bien, no hacen la habitación ni cambian toallas durante la estancia. El personal bien. No me gustó mucho las opciones que habían alrededor del hotel, el transporte está un poco alejado y está a más de media hora del centro, pero en general fué una buena estancia"
