"Nice home, basic necessities which is what we were looking for. The property was fairly clean - air vents/heat vents were noticeably dusty. We did wish there were more than 2 extra blankets as it was chilly at night. Also there was only one pillow on one of the beds. Adding nightstands to the bedroom would be nice. Overall, we were happy with our stay. "

"This is a very nice property. The home was clean and well staged. There is a nice deck overlooking a green space and pond. We were ables to sit outside and relax or congregate in one of two community spaces. The host was responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend this property for UNI families visiting their students. "The property was very nice for our group, it was clean and updated. The location was great for us, close to both the nice CF downtown (check it out all with the ice cream shop across the bridge) as well as the main shopping area and key attractions like UNI. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, maybe due to the construction on the city street. Overall a great place to stay, I would recommend it."

"This apartment is above a dinner and which is open early so their loud music is on early morning. The apartment was very clean and inviting. The issues arose with parking. The numbering of the apartment and parking instructions are very confusing. The host was initially responsive but now won’t respond to me. Our car was nearly towed. The only way into the apartment is past several greasy dumpsters and up the stairs. Location is great otherwise. "

"Do not recommend! The unit still had exposed electrical wiring, the TV had fallen off the wall prior to my arrival. The toilet seat was up, dirty with a dead bug. The owner NEVER responded to me. I was unable to stay there. "
