I had doubts, so we waited(110 F heat) 4pm, code doesn’t work. 10 mins on the phone to get spare door key to get in. Obviously the person had no idea how digital locks work. I wish the corporations would stay out of this business. No left over salt or pepper, paper towels… We always left items like that...

"Overall this was a great stay. It could’ve been a bit cleaner like the bathroom rugs didn’t looked washed. Ants in the guest bathroom. I had to call several times for minor things. Pool key, pack and play, etc. There should be a welcome list for guests. The address took me to the back entrance which was a bit annoying so that should be stated in arrival instructions. We wanted to ride the bikes but tires were flat. I would recommend this play to family and friend."

"Size of the home and set up was perfect for our 10 person family gathering. Management group was very responsive to the issues we identified. Two issues were noticed in the last 24 hours of our stay, so the management group had to opportunity to correct. Trash bins had trash bags from prior guests still in them, so no room for our trash bags. The outdoor grill was filthy, even though guests are asked to clean up after use, due to condition we were unable to use it. "

This was 11 at night and we were exhausted.
