Also we were able to walk to a nearby restaurant for a delicious dinner. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Lars communicated frequently with everything we needed to know. "We liked the cottage and the tasteful renovations which preserved its historic nature. Loved the location's privacy and nature surrounding us. It was very warm over our stay and the AC units upstairs and down gave us more comfort. The linens were lovely, even if the mattress was a bit uncomfortable. There were no chairs on the deck and we wanted to sit outside often, so we bought inexpensive chairs and left them there. Our biggest complaint was with Vacasa's oversight. "The tiny house had everything I needed. I was in the area visiting family so I was out a lot but if you plan to stay in there is enough here to keep you busy. "Private and secluded, the house offered a nice view and relaxing setting. Excellent access to Quechee and Woodstock. Kitchen has lots of dishes, adequate utensils and cooking pans, but bring your own dishtowels and napkins! The stated rent was reasonable, but the cleaning and other fees are exorbitant. The house was clean on the surface, but we in need of more careful and deeper cleaning in places, such as the windows, window sills, and the deck. Not a great value for a short stay for two...

"This is our second stay at Joel’s condo. His improvements to the lower floor are very nice and made a lot of sense. We enjoyed the location and condo once again. "My family and I went to Vermont for a Spartan Race and family vacation. The property was in a great location, close to the race. The host, John, was so responsive and helpful throughout our whole stay. John’s place is incredibly clean and has all the amenities you could want in your stay. "Great location within just a few miles of Killington base made our spring skiing getaway nice. The unit was as advertised clean with a comfortable king size bed, adequate room, and convenient parking. We especially like the privacy, nestled up top in this community off the access road. The icing on the cake for us was an excellent pool, a lab pool, and hot tub that we made grade use of enjoy your stay, will be back again!"

"We had a lovely time at the Arched Chalet for my family's annual vacation in Vermont. It was very comfortable, well-appointed, and in a great location. Even in the summer heat we did not need the AC - it was so comfortable with the fans and the lower level is naturally cool. Great location near Camp Plymouth (we went to the lake twice), and restaurants/shops in Ludlow and Woodstock."
