"Everything was great except for the broken window in one of the bedrooms. The glass wasn’t broken, but the plastic lock mechanism and the up/down mechanism of the window were both broken. The window didn’t lock and when I raised the bottom window to open it, the window wouldn’t stay up. It just fell ..."
