"Excellent property for a family getaway. It is right by the river which makes it unique. Big enough to accommodate a bigger family or multi-family vacation. The cottage is within walking distance to the local grocery store and several eateries. Also perfectly distanced to other VT spots like Stowe or Burlington...which was about 1 hour driving to each.. "This is the second time we have stayed in one of Deb's properties. It is the perfect size for 3-4 adults - just enough space. The location to the Grammy Jay trail and lift is wonderful. It is very comfy and well equipped. We will be back!"

"This was our second time at this condo and we loved it just as we did before. A new fireplace was installed and a new couch too! Location was great, condo was clean and kitchen well stocked. Loved the ground floor entry as we are in our sixties with knee issues. Also loved that we could bring our non-shedding dog but now the listing has changed to a No-Pets Allowed only service animals so we won't be able to go any more. )-:"

"The house is awesome, ten minutes to Jay and lives much bigger than a two bedroom. Really cool place that has 2 masters, a huge kitchen and 3 living rooms on different floors so it was great for our big group! Quiet, easy to get in and out of and close to pretty much everything in the area including some great restaurants. Thanks again for the hospitality! Cheers, Jesse D"

"Amazing condo right on the mountain. Comfortable living space and large enough dining room table to play games and eat as a family. Very clean. One downside of Jay Peak (and not of the condo) is that the food options are not great. The restaurants we went to were pretty mediocre (or worse) and there is no local supermarket. Would suggest you bring all your food up with you to cook in the condo. "

"We were highly impressed with the location of the cabin. Upon our arrival in early January, we were greeted by a picturesque winter scene that exceeded our expectations. The cabin itself was exactly as depicted in the photos, having all the indoor/outdoor space was a huge plus and the communication with the owner was outstanding from the moment of booking through to our departure. We highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to return in the future."

"We came to Jay for a wedding, great house and location for venue. Only things is th main bedroom comforter had dog hair of top, you couldn’t tell at first when we arrived at night but in the morning with the sun I saw it. Everything else was clean."

"I stayed here for a 3 night visit to Vermont during the dead of winter. I’m a native Vermonter but I don’t ski. My purpose was to visit family. The kitchen was very convenient and well furnished. WiFi was very good. The apt was nice and warm but not overly so — super comfortable. I’ll most likely come back. Oh. Nice folks too!"
