"We were at Q Square for four nights and really made ourselves at home. The studio room was sunny and pleasant and there was enough room for the two of us. It had a well equipped kitchen area, a great bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The washing machine was a real bonus. While we were there it was quiet and the rooms are sound proofed. "This “apart-hotel” was AMAZING! Ok, yes, it’s not in the “heart” of London, for that go and pay upwards of $700 a night. The staff was great: super helpful, friendly and nice. The Croydon Train Station is a 10-15 min walk. The self-serve kitchen (breakfast) was excellent. Truly recommend this place for a London vacation. "

"It was a lovely flat with plenty of space but we were disappointed with the condition. The shower and toilet were very dirty and the sofa had all the seat cushion zips broken and the stuffing hanging out. Was not worth the money we paid and there was no welcome from the owners or information about local events etc."
