"The communication was superb! The owner Beth was always responsive to all our questions. The cottage itself was cute, clean and super cozy! The sceneries, the quietness, the space, everything was amazing! We loved our stay there! Highly recommended to family or grouo of friends who wants a quick staycation in upstate NY. "Beautiful home and property. The rooms were very comfortable and welcoming. The most disappointing areas were the steps to the main and side entrances which are very difficult to manage. Also, there was no freezer in the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes."

"We needed a place in Greene for a wedding we were attending in smithville flats. It was a super easy quick commute to the wedding venue. This property was clean, updated, and comfy. "We loved the property and the area was just perfect for us. It was clean and had everything we could have hoped for. The only problem we encountered was it happened to have been very hot weather that week and the air conditioning system was not functioning properly. We reached out to owner in regards to this and was told they would not be able to get anyone out there to look at it until the next day. "Liz and George are amazing hosts! (We also love Elvis the dog and Calli the cat!) Everything was as described and the art decorating the home, all crafted by Liz, was beautiful. The bed was super comfy! There were so many things to do nesrby including a farmers market, antique shops and great mom and pop shops. We made new friends with our hosts and 100% recommend this listing. We will be back!!!!"

"The host, Ariana was very responsive. 4 generations of my family stayed at this property which allowed us to be within local distance of other relatives. The home was very spacious.
