"We loved our stay in Brixham and couldn't get enough of the view from the living area. The property has everything you need and more. We loved having the option of a bath and a shower and even with my fear of heights, I managed the external staircase! We enjoyed lots of walks and some cycling. Would recommend researching the route to Kingswear better than we did. Very beautiful but more challenging than we anticipated! We thoroughly recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to book...

"We had the best time onboard, we are a family of 5 staying 4 nights, there was plenty of room and the cleanliness and facilities were outstanding, glen and Emma are so lovely and brought fresh bottles of water, milk, bread. "Lovely property in close proximity to the beach at Challaborough Bay and a short walk to Bigbury. The property was as described and overlooks the Challaborough Bay holiday park. It's great for surfing and visiting Bigbury/Burgh Island. Salcombe is a short drive and there are many National Trust places to visit. Note that the drive down to the property is a typical road to the coast (e.g. steep and narrow)."

"The house was fantastic. Very well equipped and the younger boys loved the bunk bed room (especially the tv in their room). The town centre is easily accessible from the house and so is open walking space. Lovely beaches within easy reach and breakfast or lunch at the Guardhouse Café on Berry Head is a must. The owner was great. Fantastic communication and a lovely selection of goodies on arrival. Highly recommended this property."

"Great location. Lovely accommodation, with all bedrooms great size, lounge large and bright, and a massive dining table. Kitchen had everything you could need, and more crocks than seen anywhere else. All very clean and tidy. A very comfortable home from home for a family holiday including toddlers and dogs. Would definitely think about going back. Our first time to the Salcombe area, which we really enjoyed, both Salcombe and the spectacular surrounding coastline and villages."

"Hotel lobby certainly gave the wow factor, staff friendly and very easy to approach. Bedroom was comfortable and clean although dated. We happened to stay when storm Bert was at his finest, so poor sleep due to windows rattling and whistling, curtains didnt quite meet either. Had a room with a balcony although could not use due to maintenace. Bath an added plus!! Did not eat, so cannot comment on food choices. Parking bays quite small but had plenty. Only a 10 minute walk to town centre....
