"Brixham is beautiful. The property has amazing views. Shower over bath, ok ISH, but the tap leaks. It also leaks in the kitchen. No recycling and the outside bin was full to the brim. We paid extra £100 for linen and was expected to strip beds on vacating. Think this is a bit much to ask when you have to vacate at 9.30am and the fact we paid extra £100 for this service. "This cottage is more spacious than it looks. We had a family Christmas together and there was plenty of space for everyone and lots if different areas to spend time in. The cottage is extremely well equipped, and we cooked Christmas dinner. There is a garden area, but it is not directly outside the cottage, it is a large area and our grandchildren had a lot of fun playing in it. All beds were comfortable with clean linen. We know the area well and the cottage is 2 miles from Slapton village...

"Amazing location! Car parking just around the corner is you struggle to get parking on the street outside. Everything you need in the apartment! Both bed and sofa bed were super comfy! Only thing I would say for apartment 30 is to get curtains rather than just net in the living room as I slept on the sofa bed and could see people outside in the morning so they could defo see me! But honestly, had the best time! "

"We had a lovely stay at the Big Barn. Communication was exemplary, Jenny was very helpful and friendly, and the house itself is beautiful. We were there for new years - three families and adults and kids all loved it. The kitchen is great for cooking and very well equipped and the living area has a stunning fireplace - very cosy. The surrounding area is beautiful with beaches, great walks and pubs all nearby."

The swimming pool was lovely and the house was perfect for a large family to spend quality time. Checking in was very easy with instructions given before arrival.
