Charged for a night when hotel was already closed
"No warning in hotels.com that the hotel can only be reached by foot and before 2100. Did the reservation at 2154 and they accepted it and now Expedia and the hotel refuse to give the money back. Hotel personnel arrogant and hotels.com personnel very unhelpful."
