"The house has all of the amenities you need to stay in touch if you want but also the beautiful outdoors to distract you and allow you to escape from reality and just enjoy the lake. Floats, kayaks, towels, grill, fire pit, wifi, it was all amazing! We had a few hiccups when we got there but Emily and Tucker jumped right on it and we were fixed in no time!"

"Build in some time for check out cleaning - especially if you have the whole place occupied. Suffice to say there was lots of booze drunk, full trash in the many bathrooms and a kitchen full of food after our four days of a party of 22!! We had a blast and the vibe and river were perfect. "The Perch is an amazing rental comfortable beds, nice layout well stocked kitchen with even spices that u can use. Shampoo and soap included. Hairdryers in every bathroom! Nice towels, nice bedding. Spiders are a little bit of an issues in exterior area but I just swept most of them away. Perfect location with a Tiki Bar and Restaurant in walking distance. Amazing water views! The best VRBO we have ever rented!!!! Will book again when in the area."
