Great Place for a Reunion
This house was a great place for our reunion. It accomodated our group of 5 families very comfortably. The house has a great view of Pineview Reservoir, and lots of fun amenities like corn hole, ping pong, air hockey, billiards, and a theater room. Kitchen is well stocked with spices and shared items from previous guests which makes cooking meals much more convenient with less worry about forgetting something essential like salt, pepper or cooking oil. Communication with the owner was good throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again for another big group trip.

Fabulous property!
Lynette was so easy and great to work with. We had such a great time and everything was perfect. The house was just what we needed. It has plenty of room and space. The 3 floors were so nice so everyone had space to sleep, relax and do everything else we wanted to do. The pool and gym were amazing!

Fantastic Location for skiing Powder and Snowbasin
Wonderful house and great location with beautiful views. We had 6 college friends from various cities, and was a great location for us to reconnect and go skiing. Each of us had our own room with comfortable king or queen bed. We could have brought all our kids and put them in the two bunk rooms that went unused during our stay. All my friends were very impressed with the house and not a single complaint or "wish it had". Had everything we needed to cook. Grocery store just down the hill. Fantastic skiing 15-25minutes away. Ski shop near the grocery store and next to the ski shop is a nice coffee shop that also serves nice low key dinner. Property manager was easy to work with and checkin was super easy. Highly recommend

Beautiful Spacious Home
The house is well stocked, and clean. The kitchen was stocked with all of the basics and more. Paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, plenty of kitchen hand towels, salt & pepper, cooking oil, spices… all there! GREAT game room! BEAUTIFUL views!

Wonderful Home
We celebrated a birthday and Christmas (early) at this huge home. Loved the space even with 2 infants there was space to have quiet or join the group! Loved the game room and theater. We used the very large table downstairs to continue a birthday tradition of making gingerbread houses! What a wonderful place for a big group!

This property was perfect for our group of eight couples! Bedrooms for all. We really liked the huge table with seating for all of us at meal time. Loved the sports equipment and the view. Hiking nearby was a bonus for us.

Excellent home with all the rooms we needed for eight couples! A rare find!
We had perfect weather for early November to enjoy such a lovely setting! The view was forever and the indoor comforts were perfect! We appreciated the car charging option and the many toys which were perfect!

Great Family Reunion Location
We had a small family reunion here and had a wonderful experience! We would definitely book here again! There was so much we loved about staying here: very comfortable mattresses (we all slept great!), plenty of space for a large family (10 adults, 6 children), plenty of entertainment spaces with lots of seating, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the showers, felt so home-y! We loved staying here. Due to the ease of check in and check out, the spaciousness of the home, and the plentiful accommodations here, we were able to have an uneventful and lovey stay filled with fun memories for the whole family!

We hosted a family reunion for 18 people (9 adults and kids). This is easily the best VRBO we ever stayed in. View is fantastic, amenities fantastic, everything in great shape. Beautiful view, and separate climate control for every floor. I can’t recommend this enough.

A Gem!
This house was amazing! We came to stay with 3 families and we couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. It was clean, comfortable and so spacious! The view and neighborhood amenities were a wonderful addition. The host made everything easy and we will definitely be coming back!

Incredible Family Home
This house is the BEST VRBO house we have ever stayed in! The house has everything you could ask for- a kitchen that has everything from several 9x13" Pyrex dishes, to plenty of pans, dishes, toilet paper, sharpies, scissors, baggies, a huge griddle, etc. You name it, they have it! When we arrived, there was a sweet gift for our family to make S'mores. The host, Lynette, is super great to work with and expectations for check out were very simple. Our family is large and we never once felt crowded. The toys for the children are new, fun, and plentiful. We were able to do everything we wanted. There is air hockey, ping pong, a pool table and shuffleboard. The huge media room and separate game room are tucked away from the bedrooms, so the early rising children eager to play again don't wake up the whole household. The beds were absolutely wonderful and we all slept so well. There are 7 full bathrooms, and 8 nice bedrooms! Everything is top quality and very nice. There are 3 levels and 3 separate thermostats for comfort. There is an extra fridge in the garage. We loved the extra large 3 car garage. This house also has outside games like corn hole, racquets for the tennis and pickle ball court, life jackets and floaties for the pool, a large gas grill, and a fire table to make S'Mores-even the "sticks" to roast marshmallows. You will love this incredible immaculate, amazing house, and will make the best memories! Everything was perfect and we will definitely stay here again!
