"A/C in first room did not work and the front desk was wonderful at switching me to another room. HOOKS PLEASE! I don’t know why hotels don’t have hooks in the bathrooms. There was one in the back of the door but if you’re trying to hang up multiple towels and have a hanging toilet kit it is very inconvenient. This seems to be a problem at many places these days… The weekend was VERY hot so it was wonderful to have place to land that was cool and quiet!"

"The place is beautiful. The rooms are little small and could use updating. When I turned the air on the windows rattled so loud. I had to keep it on low to avoid the noise. No microwave in the room and be prepared for the slamming door at 6am. Other than those things we really enjoyed our time. "

"I decided to go low-budget for my two-night stay in Chestertown (in town for the Rock Hall Triathlons). This place is convenient and an excellent choice for someone who doesn't plan to spend a lot of time in their room. Rooms are spare w/no frills. "Bob and Beth's apartment was absolutely perfect for us. It was the cleanest VRBO that we have ever stayed in. All of the amenities were above and beyond what we expected. "The kids joined us for a weekend on our sailboat, this was the perfect spot to get together after a long day on the water. My one son set a new record on the PAC Man and the other caught a beautiful bass off the dock. The river view from the sunroom is spectacular! Everyone always migrated there. Great time had by all. "Truly an unobstructed view of the bay. Property was very clean, and had plenty of space for 9 people (7 adults, 2 teens.) Excellent communication w/ host and well-stocked with kitchen supplies, linens, and outdoor equipment for your stay. The front porch was missing some screens and needed a little cleaning and sprucing up for the summer season. Overall, a wonderful stay, and our family made a lot of great memories at Buena Vista!"
