"Very clean, host has all that is needed for a comfortable stay. The view and morning sunrise was beautiful. The fact that it was pet friendly was awesome. Sitting on the deck watching the wildlife was so relaxing. Ease of access to Islands and main Thruways was a bonus. I was abit suprised when I pulled in and saw a motel like establishment. The pictures of the boathouse were accurate, not surrounding 4 motel like rooms. "

"Thanks to the Hall's for opening there home to us. This place is within a short hike to Reid State Park which means not only did we have a great veiw of rhe ocean from the house but we also took advantage of the 1 mile beach at the end of the driveway. There were plenty of things in the house for a comfortable day at the beach. We enjoyed seeing seals right from the living room and watching the sunrises from the big rocks at the waters edge. All in all a great stay."
