"What a cute, remote, little place this is! All you hear are the rumble of the waves and look out on the vista of the Bay of Plenty and Whakari/White Island. Highly recommend. If you're in need of supplies, Opotiki is a 10 minute drive away otherwise, enjoy the wilderness. Fully equipped unit to spend time away from it all. "

Lynda has been a wonderful host - especially for me being new to the area. Great location - literally a ten second walk to the beach - and away from the hustle and bustle of town. "Our family booked the accommodation for an extra special weekend…our daughter’s wedding at Old Forrest School. We were not disappointed when we turned up and saw the location and view. The house was clean and tidy and provided the perfect place to relax around a very busy but fabulous weekend. This was a weekend to remember and we hope to return soon for a weekend of sun, sea and relaxation. Pukehina will forever hold a place in our hearts."

"Really loved our stay here, the view and the sounds of the waves. We really needed this. Hosts were lovely and accomodating. Only thing was, the listing said it was a 2 bedroom, but it’s a one bedroom and the other beds are in the same room as the kitchen, which made it a bit tricky with a 5 yr old and a 5 month old. But we made it work 😊"

"Pukehina Beach is a great location for exploring the area around Rotorua. The Coastal Tiny House was remote enough that it was very peaceful and quiet, but within an easy distance to places we wanted to be! It was comfortable for two people and had the ammenities we needed. Unfortunately the house was a bit unclean, and we thought there might have been a mouse running around. The bedrooms upstairs could also really benefit from some blinds or curtains, as you definitely couldn't sleep in even if...
