"The cabin was nice. Just as advertised. Keep in mind that the loft requires you to climb a ladder. Everything’s clean and comfortable. Great pillows and the sound of stream outside made for a great night sleep. Definitely recommend staying here."

"The house was older but lovely and very clean with lots of personal touches and suggestions for things to do. All amenities as described as well as plenty of books and games, as well as supplies for smores which was a fun touch! Good location across from the Secret Sandwich Society and a few minute walk from other shops and restaurants in town; and just a few minute drive to trails in New River Gorge. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and accommodating! "

"This is the second time I’ve stayed at the bungalow. It is near the river and quiet. You do have a train that comes by often, but it was to the thrill and amazement of my 10-year-old. We walked down to the river and fished a lot, which is only 100 yards from the bungalow. If you’re looking for granite countertops and an eight persons Jacuzzi, this might not be the place for you. "The stay in this vrbo was very cozy and just what we needed. It had everything necessary for a weekend trip. "We had a great time at this unique place in the wilderness. This huge property was very peaceful and included a little pond and a creek (!). And it is perfectly located for visiting the “New River Gorge” Nation Park. The cabin is extremely cozy and rustic with lots of wood, impressive hunting decoration and authentic furniture. The kitchen and the bathroom were well maintained and neat. And we loved stargazing in the jacuzzi. "
