Cute flat

Great location and cute setup with easy check in and amazingly responsive hosts. There was a small hiccup with the internet and the host took care of it right away. The only things that could have improved it were that it would have been nice to have a broom and dustpan available to manage sand that got tracked in from swimming. It would also have been nice to have a spatula/ flipper in the kitchen.

Quick weekend

Only suggestion would be to have the property cleaned better. Fan was very dusty, we cleaned the fan. Under the bed was very dusty. We would rent this location again.

Beautiful, Quiet, Clean, Modern Property

We loved our stay at the Flats on Church street! It was near the wineries we wanted to go to, and in a really serene, quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect retreat after a long day of walking around Washington Island as well. We can’t wait to go back!

24 hours of Door County

We had bolted from a conference to get 24 hours of Door County before heading back to the other side of the state where we reside. This is our second year staying here. Weather was cold when we arrived so we went to the market and bought snacks for dinner and watched a movie. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our charcuterie dinner. Thank you for another delightful stay in Egg Harbor.

Weekday stay

Good location, check in and communication was flawless. Lack of storage places and small refrigerator make this a tight stay but somewhat workable. Appears clean but if you look there are areas that could use some attention.

Beautifully done modern building, with nicely landscaped property. Very clean, with all needed amenities for a long weekend stay. Great walk ability to in town Egg Harbor.

Best vacation here yet

Staying at the flats was by far the best vacation home we’ve stayed in. From the modern architecture to the coziness of the condo, the location was close enough to walk to everything we needed yet quiet enough to make it feel like we were far away from everything. Communication with the hosts was fantastic and we had everything we needed. The only downfall of the space was the very small refrigerator and no freezer. We had prepped most of our food so it made it a little more difficult but we made it work with bags of ice and the cooler we brought. I can’t wait to come back next year with my daughter!

Perfect Spot

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and both times have been a great experience. Convenient parking, clean, comfy bed, and nice bathroom. Everything you need. Check in and out was super simple. When we go back we’ll stay here again.

Perfect stay!

The Flats met our needs perfectly during our time on Door County. The apartment was immaculate, well-appointed and conveniently located for our activities near Egg Harbor and Sister Bay. We appreciated the easy check-in/checkout and especially enjoyed the private patio and the outdoor gas fireplace.

Great Getaway

We had a lovely stay at The Flats. There is a great deal of comfort packed into 500 sq feet. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space with the fire pit. The owner communication was excellent. We will be back next year.

Stylish and comfortable!

I loved this property. It is a multi-unit rental, but feels private. Square-footage wise, it is small but feels spacious inside. It is stylish yet still very comfortable. The bed was great. Beautiful tiled shower. Nice outdoor seating area. The owners have everything you need to know online but are a text or call away if you need anything. Great location that is walking distance to downtown Egg Harbor. I was delighted by this rental.
