Needs some TLC.
The house provided all that was needed. A chair was broken on arrival and needed to be reported to the agent. Cracks in the walls and a hole in the bathroom roof need to be fixed. Great area for short drives to sight see. Air conditioner was amazing on hot days.

Fishing Trip
The house looks very run down from the outside but inside was okay. Kitchen was good. Took a little while to work out some of the lights with tape over the switches. Use the remotes! A bit annoying that the TV didn't work! (No reception) For four blokes on a fishing trip it was fine. After reading previous reviews of the property, I wasn't expecting the Taj Mahal. Plenty of room to park 2 cars with boats attached up the drive but be careful reversing up due to the angle of the driveway to the road.

We had a wonderful time, had a little trouble with the power, but it was just a fuse. The birds were the highlight for us, everyday hand feeding King Parrots was more than we could of hoped for

Perfect Stay
A perfect house for our stay. Cozy, warm and comfortable. We particularly liked the outdoor fire pit. Beautiful location and setting for our fishing obsessed family. Highly recommend

Not perfect but perfect
2 families stayed here over the Australia Day long weekend. As displayed in the photos, the house is quite run down on the outside and in some parts in the inside but none of this affected our stay. Everything that mattered was great. Very clean, great working bathroom and kitchen, easy access BBQ, enough driveway parking for 2 x cars, 1 x boat and 1 x jetski, shops walking distance, the lake only a short drive. Thanks for having us!

Basic but generally priced appropriately
Tired - property - but clean and relatively well equipped. Have stayed here on numerous occasions. If its a clean and basic place you need to put your head down then it works well. If you need something fancy as you are planning on spending a lot of time there then it may not suit your needs.

Accurately advertised, however the house could do with a good deep clean, a bit dusty & grimy in some areas. Overall the kitchen, utensils, furniture, toilet & shower were thoroughly cleaned & ready for use. I feel I should note the air con did a wonderful job for the middle of summer!
