"My partner and I celebrated our 7 year anniversary in this adorable trailer by the stream. It was comfortable and had all the necessities. Its close to Ojai but far enough away for some dark sky star gazing. Keep in mind- this is a trailer! If you are looking for a 5 star resort this is not for you. That being said; as far as trailer life goes I honestly couldnt have asked for more. I would definitely stay again. Also- our host was very accommodating and attentive. Thank you!!"

"We loved the location and overall amenities were very suitable. With a little love this place would be perfect. A few mattresses were a bit hard and uncomfortable, the patio furniture needs to be replaced, and the kitchen and bathrooms could use some updating. But the price was reasonable and you can't beat the location. The property manager was also very nice. We would stay here again."

"My daughter and I absolutely loved staying here. Very short walk down the lane to the beach. People were so friendly and it felt safe. This location was close to my Ventura family. Little scary for us when the fires started in Ventura but there was a quick response to put them out.Beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. LOVED the candy jar-we love Smartees.We could have walked to a few stores but didn’t need to. I do recommend this property. "

"We have stayed in several rentals, and this one was better furnished than any. It was very comfortable and clean. The host checked in to make sure everything was right, and it was. Beds were great, plenty of linens, and the kitchen was more than fully stocked. The only complaint I had was the bbq. It was a Coleman portable and needs to be replaced, although I made it work. I still give this place 5 stars and would give it 6 if possible."
