Upper Post lake trip
Great cabin, close to the water, and close to boat ramp. Was a great week fishing both upper Post Lake and also pelican Lake that is only 15 minutes away! Great host beautiful little cabin nestled in the northern woods! Highly recommend.

Excellent getaway!
This cabin was the perfect spot for a long weekend in the northwoods. Hosts are very responsive. The cabin is not on the lake but a quick 2 minute walk gets you to a quiet, semi-private beach and a private pier. Our dogs had a blast playing in the water and chasing chipmunks on the property. The provided kayaks and paddleboard were appreciated to get out on the water. Highly recommend staying here!

Nice little cabin
Overall, our stay was very enjoyable. The cabin was clean and nicely appointed. The setting was very peaceful. Our initial impression, though, was disappointment because from the pictures and description we thought the cabin was lakefront. It is actually a couple hundred yards from the lake and with no lake views. We chose to put that out of our minds and enjoyed our stay. I gave a 4 on cleanliness only because the outdoor furniture had marshmallow goo on it from a previous guest’s s’mores party. Cabin itself was very clean.Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

good communication, clean cabin, the beach is the perfect size for a couple of little kids. They named the yellow kayak "Banana" and they had fun in it!

Little cabin is sweet getaway spot
This cozy cabin was just what we needed for a few days getaway. Peace and quiet and privacy were our desires and it delivered. It had just enough space for the two of us and our dog. The inside amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and AC were enjoyable. Outside fire pit for campfires and chairs for lounging were very much appreciated. The beach area was definitely a plus for entertaining our dog. We were wishing we could’ve stayed longer.

Relaxing & Peaceful
Everything was wonderful. The space is cozy & clean. Everything is updated & comfortable. The movie selection was awesome! It was nice to be able to login to streaming too. It was cooler outside when we were there, but putting on the fireplace for a little bit took the chill out of the cabin quickly. The fire pit area was so relaxing to sit around a fire or just sit and enjoy the peacefulness of the woods. The walk to the small beach & pier was quick. We waded in the water and played with our pup right at the beach and had a blast. Bring bag chairs for the beach & pay attention to the times the dump is open for your trash because it can’t be left at the property. Those are my only suggestions/tips. Jeri was kind & super quick & responsive. Very easy to work with. Thank you so much for being a pet-friendly place. We loved our time at this cabin with our dog. We hope to stay again in the future. Thank you for sharing your property!

Had a great 3 night stay at this little cabin. We really enjoyed relaxing by the fire, short walk to the little private beach and fishing off the pier. Fairly private and yet close to the stores etc. Cant wait to come back next summer

Cozy spot in the woods
Nice cabin, comfortable place to relax with modern kitchen compared to many 'cabins'. Awesome fire pit and outdoor seating, grilling was nice also. No issues with our stay and the lake is large enough to keep you busy. Great UTV trails whichever way you decide to go and some wonderful places to eat nearby, must go to Longshots Pearson Smokehouse fow awesome food and fun staff.

Nice Getaway Up-North
Jeri was phenomenal with communication prior to and during our stay. She was welcoming and extremely responsive and polite. The house itself is small but was perfect for our family of four, plus the firepit/outaide area was huge. We were able to bring our own boat and dock it at the pier which is a short walk from the cabin. Kayaks and paddleboard were available. The little private beach is what really made our trip special. The kids (and dog) had an absolute blast playing in the sand and swimming while me and my wife enjoyed the sun and drinks! Everyone we ran into was friendly and the lake is the perfect size. We had the most luck fishing from the pier and caught a few keepers. Wifi and air conditioning was a huge plus as well. Overall we had an amazing time and couldnt have asked for better hosts.

Adorable cabin, great beach and pier.
This property is so well-maintained. It is so cute. It was very relaxing. The lake and pier and beach is just a small walk away and water is wonderful. Our dogs had a great time chasing chipmunks and playing in the water. We would definitely stay here again.

A short getaway
The cottage was all we expected, clean, well stocked and a great location. It was fantastically quiet, with only the sounds of acorns falling, leaves moving in the wind and an occasional deer rustling through the forest. Also a very short walk to the lake with outstanding views. The chocolate...s'mores ingredients left were a welcoming, thoughtful surprise.

Easy check in/out. Owner was extremely attentive. Questions were answered immediately. Description was accurate. Might want to bring a streaming device so you can watch TV. Plenty of movies provided though. Kitchen is well stocked! Outdoor patio is perfect!!

Peace, Quiet, & Comfort
This little cabin was everything we were looking for to grab a quiet weekend away. The hosts provided all the essentials needed to make our stay comfortable. The large fire pit made a perfect place to finish off the day, with firewood provided. The location feels like a true northwoods vacation all within a quick 20 minute drive to larger towns if you're in an exploring mood. Communication with Jeri is flawless, she was very responsive to any questions we had. If we ever get back to that area we will definitely be remembering this place!
