"Great location, great house, overall very good but some small things needed some TLC, the main TV was washed out and blue (we were watching the Test cricket) and lacked colour and needs replacing. The main fridge would not chill our drinks and could not cope, it either needs re-gasing or replacing. One of the kitchen drawers fell apart as soon as we touched it. The rest of the place was great and very functional and overall we enjoyed our stay. If the above were operating we would have rated it...

Some artwork on the walls would make a difference to the appearance of the property, as would replacing the daggy and ill-fitting window dressings. "An amazing place to stay. The room was one of the best and biggest we have ever stayed in, great bed and bedding, the grounds are beautiful and relaxing and it's all only a 5 minute drive to the Busselton foreshore and jetty. Just a small quibble, the WiFi signal was not very strong. Fully recommended if you want to spoil yourself! "
