"Layout of the Lavender Suite was a little awkward. There was only a single couch to sit on and it was not in a good location in the room, plus the cushions were very worn. Would have been nice to have a chair to sit on although I don't know where you would put it in the room. Outdoor furniture was nice, but it was very dirty so that made it unusable. Breakfast was excellent and staff was friendly/helpful."

"They transfered me over to another hotel since they didn´t have vacancy, It was a greater trouble for me since I was carrying a lot of baggage, and was moved to a big hotel, the new hotel was not in sync with the other hotel which caused shrugged faces on my requests which was not a nice experience, I hope customers who reserve these rooms get what they ask for, not the turnaround and shrugged faces I received."
