"We met some old friends of ours for a weekend stay. The place was perfect for 2 couples- 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and we shared the common area kitchen. we were too busy catching up to use the hot tub or the sauna. We could have used some more kitchen cleaning stuff (a sponge, scrubber or brush) but we made it work. When we got there the place was immaculately clean. I highly recommend. "

"Shower backed up immediately as well as the sink, bought some strong Drano ourselves and it cleared the clog. The toilet seat was always covered with condensation so we had to keep wiping it off. "A friend and I rendezvoused in the Canaan Valley in early November to hike in the nearby Dolly Sods and other trails in the area. Garagemahal was exactly as advertised: clean, quiet, spacious (for two people), and conveniently located. The owners/managers (Chip and Laurie), who live across the driveway, were friendly and available to provide information or report problems to (there weren't any), but were otherwise unobtrusive. "My husband and I had a lovely stay at Jim's place. We had our two dogs with us as well. The views were stunning as we were there in late November and it was already snowing. The fireplace made our entire stay very cozy. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed going on walks and runs and visited the town of Davis and had a great time at Stumptown Ales. We will definitely visit again! "
