Had a Great Time - Loved It!
Property was very clean. A couple of comments, not problems. 1) It would help to have the wifi logon and password posted or given to the renter. 2) A channel listing for the TV would help. Also, shielded cables for the cable, tv, and router would help. There was interference with the tv signal when we talked on our cell phones, the bathroom heater kicked on,and when we made coffee.

Anniversary get away
Nice quiet cabin. River is closer than the pictures make it seem. Nice big porch. Dog friendly with a nice dog bed. Appliances are clean and look newer. Linens were nice. I would recommend bringing your own towels and a couple throw blankets. Towels were the only thing not provided and the leather couch could be a little chilly. Town was nice and has everything needed. Overall a great experience.

The property was great! The only thing that we didn't like was the strong iron smell and taste in the water and that the Wi-Fi password didn't work. I could not get a hold of anyone in the office when I tried to call about the password.

Fantastic cabin
This cabin was a great fit for us., it was very clean. The Wi-Fi was not any good but we didn’t go to the mountains to sit on a computer the whole time. The TV was very good. Take your own water because the water does smell and doesn’t taste very good. But to me these were little things not a deal breaker. The water was a little low when we stayed, so our fishing didn’t go so great. However in our key envelope were direction for other things to do. Which was fantastic. The people were really nice that came to check on the hot tub. The best part about it was we did not have to find someone to watch our dog, she got to go have fun too. Thanks great stay and we intent to go back.

4 but not 5 stars
We had a great time and plan on going back again all though we will check to make sure the hot tub is in working order. We had a problem with ours while we were there and having the hot tub was a big reason why we had choosen the vacation spot that we did. The maintenance man that they had tried his best to fix the problems that we had but they did not have the parts on hand to do so. Like I said we loved the place and are still planning on going again.

I would consider to put 5 stars if not accidents that happened with us
We love a property, beautiful nature, not bad service, however 2 local dog ran around our house all day unattended and my lovely dog was attacked twice 😢 Dog's owners knew that and not even apologized....

Excellent Property
Very peaceful secluded property. The pictures definitely do this property justice, gorgeous river access and solitude. Float or Kayak the river, fish, hang out in the hot tub on the large deck or just sit and look at the river and listen to the birds. Also close enough to town. Perfect!

Lovely place on the water!!
It was the much needed relaxing and quiet vacation we needed. Property manager, Roxy, and her team were extremely professional and shared lots of great information about the area. Our dog ****LOVED**** it. If you are looking for takeout, we highly recommend the white pizza and eggplant rollatini from Mama Mia’s in downtown Elkins. They are authentic!

Great time away but not as private as I thought
The cabin was lovely; it was clean, had a beautiful riverfront, and a large yard for our dogs to play in. For the most part, we really did enjoy our stay. What we didn't appreciate was being startled by the unexpected surprise visit from the property manager that chose to test the hot tub while we were there even though we had placed the provided Do Not Disturb signs on all our doors. Thankfully, my husband and I were decent and dressed! The other thing I was surprised to find out is that the riverbank directly across from the cabin is a popular fishing spot. We saw three or four small groups come by at various times throughout the weekend. They were quiet groups and weren't bothersome but it did prevent me from enjoying our hot tub during the day because I didn't feel comfortable being so exposed to strangers that close. Again, we really did enjoy our stay. I just wasn't expecting so many interruptions and the lack of privacy we were signing up for. Oh! And one last thing you should know before booking your stay at this cabin, you should have a vehicle with high clearance to get to the property. The roads are paved and don't pose an issue actually getting there but the railroad crossing you have to go over right before the property scraped the bottom of my Subaru Impreza a few times before I could figure out how to maneuver around it.
