This was our first time visiting St. Augustine and it was a welcome retreat to return to after a day of exploring.The grounds added an extra, ahh, to the peacefulness of the property.Should we make a return trip to St. Augustine in the future, we would not hesitate to stay at Harbor Island again."

"Arrived at the condo at 6:30 when check-in was 4:00,due to traffic and the condo was completely filthy. That maid has not been there. Called and told them we needed someone to come. He said it would take him an 1 hr45 minutes to get there so we had to sit in our car literally 2 1/2 hours.. They offered us $100 for inconvenience to go out to dinner which we had 30 minutes to plow down some food , after returning from dinner to our surprise we found out as we went to bed. "Please tell the owner to have their internet checked out, this is our second stay here, and both times the connection was so slow it kept dropping. It was almost impossible to work remotely. The speed tested at less than 3mbps, and I'm sure they are paying for much faster service."
