We enjoyed the cabin and the area. Kids had the time of the life running and playing in woods, hiking, swimming, mini-golf, and so on. Cabin's kids room was a great place for indoor fun while rained.

Wonderful Place To Stay
This cabin is beautiful inside and out. We had a group of 8 everyone had plenty of room. It is very clean and well stocked. It has lots of places to sit and relax inside and outside. We had deer come and visit us in the mornings and a sweet family of squirrels in the evening.

Beautiful cabin close to downtown Ellijay
The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. We loved spending time out at the fire pit and relaxing in the hot tub. Sitting out on the screen porch for morning coffee and family game night was so much fun. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Awesome stay
My wife and I brought our son, his gf and their 4 kids to vacation with us in the mountains. We have never stayed in this area and found it pretty convenient to Helen and Chattanooga. We enjoyed the stay very much. There is so much room in the cabin. We have never stayed in a place this large. It felt like home to us.

Wonderful experience
Cabin was clean, well stocked and provided a great petting for a vacation of 9 people. WiFi was solid, and the deer really are right in the front yard. Would happily stay again! Few of tips for those staying: 1. Apple Maps/Siri will lead you directly to the cabin. Have no fear. 2. When you get to the gate for the resort, ask for a map. It helps a lot! 3. DoorDash/Dominos will deliver directly to the cabin.

Beautiful Property
This property was beautiful and exactly as advertised. We were greeted each morning with several deer in the yard, and even had a momma deer give birth right in the front yard! The cabin itself was clean and stocked exactly as they said, and there was a Walmart very nearby that we could buy groceries from. The directions getting in and out of the resort were tricky, but nothing you couldn’t follow. We just dropped a pin in the driveway and used that each time. As far as the amenities pass for the resort, make sure you request it 3 BUSINESS DAYS in advance. But to be honest, there was so much to do in Ellijay and the surrounding areas, we didn’t even need the pass. The check-out process was super easy - much easier than other properties I’ve visited. All in all we had an amazing vacation and would highly recommend the Jagged Owl!!

Better than Expected!
We had a wonderful stay at Jagged Owl! The pictures don't do this property justice, it really is an amazing cabin! My three kids loved the bunk room and we were surprised with how spacious it was. The night we arrived we had a personal phone call to make sure everything was going well, which was appreciated because it was out of hours. I would definitely recommend Jagged Owl to others, it was hard to leave!

Exceeded our expectations!
The cabin was exactly as advertised, we’ve been renting cabins for 15 years and this was truly the cleanest and best stocked one we’ve rented. The kitchen was large and a joy to prepare meals in. We were lucky enough to get snow which made our stay magical, especially for the young children who had never experienced snow before 🥰. We will rent this cabin again next time we come to Ellijay!!

Excellent first visit to Blue Ridge and Ellijay
The property was all that it was advertised to be. It is a neighborhood so neighbors had to be considered. Next time will look for something with neighbors not so close. Playing music and singing along was a problem for some neighbors. Neighbors expected children to know the property boundaries though it was all woods. The cabin was close to everything we wanted to do and see. It had all that you needed for an enjoyable stay.

Wonderful Property
My wife and I stayed at this lovely cabin in late October, taking advantage of my ability to work remotely while also enjoying all the Ellijay and Blue Ridge have to offer. First the business side, if you are considering a place to work remotely, this cabin is ideal. The lower level is quiet, has a small desk, as well as a table, and an electric fireplace. It was a great set up. The WiFi was perfect. I had multiple Zoom meetings during the week and all went perfectly. The cabin itself sits on a quiet street just a few minutes drive from the resort entrance. We saw multiple deer in the yard and around the resort throughout the week. The setting was absolutely beautiful. The cabin is large and open. Two master bedrooms on the upper level, as well as a kitchen, dining and living room area. The screened porch on the upper level was perfect for dinners on cool evenings. The lower level is as described above and also includes a bunk room that would be great for young kids. We also enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit as the weather dipped into the 40s during our stay. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommended this property to others. Finally, I knew I had picked the right place when I saw the Florida State University wind chimes on the front porch. Clearly, the cabin owners have such good taste in decor. Go Noles!

5 day stay with pets. Wonderful experience. Everything looked just like photos. Very clean and relaxing. Make sure To use map in white info book. Closest outdoor pool is 20 away. Recreation center is closed due to covid. Also if you go to pool. If it thunders, you have to stay out of pool for 30 min. Clock restarts Everytime thunder is heard. Overall 5 stars and will stay again!?

Perfect vacation
We had a great vacation. Afternoons you can sit on the front porch snd see deer and squirrels graze in the yard. Very relaxing and the house is beautiful and spacious. I loved the smell of wood in the house. Very modern and updated. We will be back!

Great family cabin
We loved the cabin! There were deer every afternoon that would graze right off the front porch. The hot tub was great! It was very convenient to grocery stores or fast food if needed and about a 20 minute drive to the rec center. The rec center was great for all my teenage kids to play and have fun.

Jagged Owl Stay
The cabin layout was perfect for our group of 4 adults, 3 young children, and the dog. We greatly enjoyed the hot tub, the neighborhood was quiet, and we saw numerous deer every day--which especially delighted the children. Now seeing the area, we might choose to be closer to one of the pools. A tip from resort staff to save driving time was to go out and back in gates closest to where you want to go rather than driving through the resort roads. The listing shows the garage, but you can't use it. A few other issues we found on arrival were that dirty dishes were put away in the cabinets, the water dispenser on the refrigerator didn't work, the plates get extremely hot in the microwave (a couple of burned fingers taught us that) and the dryer took forever to dry a load. A storm blew through bringing down a tree and the power/cable lines, so having a generator was a huge plus.
