"Everything was great! Very clean, amazing view, within walking distance to several restaurants/entertainment venues. Our family of 5 slept comfortably with the extra pull out beds for the kids. Chris was a wonderful host and we felt welcomed the second we walked in - he was also very responsive with his communications anytime we had a questions on/off the resort. Will definitely stay with him again! Picture of breakfast on the balcony from my walk to Parlor Doughnuts!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this condo. We loved the location and the convenience of having the stairs so close. We were able to go down 1 flight of stairs to access the beach. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the unit. The patio views were beautiful!"

"This property was immaculate! It has the most extraordinary views and is centrally located; close to everything. The owner was so accommodating and communicative leading up to our stay. The price was so reasonable for what we enjoyed with this resort style property. Would definitely stay again!"

"Spectacular views of the beach and sounds of the ocean every morning when you wake up and look out the balcony. The condo is right on the beach and the pool was perfect for the kids. All restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions were right on Highway 98 so we never had to travel far. Real Joy Vacations kept in contact from booking, to check in and check out. They answered any and all questions I had. They also have a great Guest Portal to help you navigate your stay. "

"The condo was spectacular down to every last detail! The unit was sparkling clean and had so many comforts of home (beach chairs and umbrella, a laundry basket, extra blankets and towels and everything you could possibly need in a kitchen, including an air fryer). It far exceeded all expectations and we very much enjoyed our first stay in Destin as a result! We are already looking forward to our next stay and would absolutely pick this location again! "

"Beautiful views. Condo was the right size for our family. Access to beach and pool was great. Close to restaurants and stores. The check in process was clear and but the beach service reservation required us to call property management for help. That’s not an easy process at all. The master bed has a major metallic squeak in it but otherwise we had no complaints. Check out process was clear and easy also. Will definitely be back. "

"The communication with the owner of the property was very quick and even recommended resturants and attractions. The check-in process was easy. The condo was very clean. The beach view was AMAZING. I could sit out there all day. I would recommend this place in a heart beat. My family and I are already planning our next trip for this year."

"We loved our stay here, the condo had things that were needed such as beach chairs, they had a beach umbrella too, we didn’t use it as we brought our canopy but it was there if needed. The beach was never crowded and it had an amazing view. Close to stores such as Target, and restaurants, also the condo had beautiful decor, and updated appliances. "
