Best Rental Ever
My wife and I took our 5 year old granddaughter to Yellowstone and thought Emigrant, Montana would be a good base camp. Jean and John’s house proved to be the best vacation rental of the 15 or so we have rented. The view of the mountains is stunning and the house is wonderfully quiet and secluded. We will be back for certain, 5+++ stars!

Father Son trip
I took my 82yr old Father out west to visit Yelowstone for the first time. Instead of the hotel route, we decided to try something different, a house in the mountains. Everything was perfect and described accurately. Waking up with that view was absolutely breath taking. Would definitely recommend.

A beautiful, well appointed and fully stocked home perched above the valley with incredible views. We will be back for sure. Jean was a pleasure to work with. We enjoyed the tasty treat.

We are very impressed with Jean's property. Great views even better in person than pictures :). We loves the time here and will recommend to everyone. Visited Yellowstone with 3 our kids and a dog and will be back in the future for sure, saving this property in our favorites!

Great view to wake up to every morning!
Property was even more than described! Large bedrooms and living space, well stocked kitchen, updated bathroom, and access to large outdoor area. By far the highlight was the stunning view of the surrounding valley and mountains, Watched the sunrise over the mountains each morning. Space is incredibly well insulated, could not hear any outside or upstairs noise. Could not even hear the others in our party in the living room or their bedrooms. Owners were very helpful in responding to questions and left a great info sheet on the surrounding area and things that are available. We used several of their recomendations and highly recommend. Had visits by several deer each morning and evening. Overall, great property and highly recommend.

Amazing views, close to Yellowstone and comfy!
We loved this house! Jean was a great communicator answering all our questions quickly. The view could not be beat! We really appreciated that the comforters were fluffy. We went to Yellowstone daily and it worked perfectly. We stopped at the Yellowstone Hot Springs one night which was relaxing! The kitchen was also stocked with everything we needed. All 6 of us recommend this house!

Amazing Views
The location couldn't have been more perfect. We loved waking up to the most amazing view each morning. Everything we needed was provided. The proximity to the places we visited were on spot. My only complaint wold be, i wis we could have stayed longer!

The property was perfect for my family. We attended a wedding at the Sage lodge and wanted some place close to stay. 10 minutes from our events, beautiful views, comfortable beds—in short everything we wanted.

Wonderful time in Emigrant!
Nice cozy apartment with incredible views. As a matter of fact, the online pictures don’t do the views justice. John and Jean are great hosts! You will never know they are upstairs as you will never hear them. They shared many local activities and places to eat. If we ever return to the area, we will most definitely return to their apartment!

A great view with quiet environment. Short drive to Yellow stone north entrance. The host is wonderful ! Warm and welcoming . House is great , fill with everything we need and a lot of surprise items . We love this place , the best host we ever met through Vrbo.

We had a nice relaxing stay. The views were breathtaking. Nice trails to hike on and take in the beauty of our surroundings. The home was cozy and had everything we needed. An added bonus was the location, not far from Chico.

Look no further! Quietude + Breathtaking Views
Jean and John's Paradise Valley rental is super-roomy, immaculately clean (not a single mote of dust), and very well-equipped. Their property is fantastic and we enjoyed walks each day. We had a slight concern over the apartment being attached to the main home, but we never heard the first sound or saw anyone. Jean and John were excellent communicators; and covered every conceivable question, along with things we hadn't thought of. We highly recommend choosing this rental!

A scenic delight
Jean was a fantastic host! Very helpful and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the full kitchen and the well sized rooms to accomodate our whole crew. The panoramic views are breathtaking. A must see! The town of Emigrant is charming and great food at the Old Saloon. We look forward to our next stay and exploring their hiking trails on the property!

What a view!
My wife and I had an amazing stay. Very clean. Full kitchen. 3 bedrooms, 1 with a king. The view is breathtaking beyond measure! Jean and John were so nice. Helped with great local suggestions. You wont even notice their there if you are wanting privacy. It’s basically a massive apartment you have all to yourself. We will stay again!

Jaw-dropping view
We were only able to stay one night at the Mountain Top Retreat but enjoyed every minute of it. After we had dinner at the home, we sat out in the front yard to enjoy the view. What a treat to see a doe with her two babies walk on the road right beneath us. They still had spots on them. The owners suggested we go to the general store about a mile away . To our amazement , they had everything to make a perfect dinner , enjoy the view and spend time with our family. I took my son and two grandchildren. There was plenty of room. The property damage protection was expensive but the charge per night was very reasonable.

Stunning location and convenient to nearby towns
Our family enjoyed our stay here. Rental was well supplied and easy access to car. Location and views are AMAZING. All of paradise valley was right there on display, from sunrise to sunset. All was very quiet and peaceful. A little table is out front so you can enjoy the view with your friends or family. Our kids enjoyed walking around the property and exploring nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, great location and spectacular views
We stayed here with our two young girls. The views are outrageous and the location near Chico Hot Springs, hiking, live music, and food is incredible. Here you can truly have it all! The space is clean and despite being a lower level living area it is quiet and feels private. We would love to have stayed longer!
