Nice quiet area. House was very clean. Right on a wide canal would be great for a boater has a new dock. Big screen tv with good internet.I love the Englewood area not congested but not far from tourist things. The price is right on this property and we will probably stay there again.

Awesome Place
Beds awesome, showers awesome, very clean, had everything for a great beach day and shark tooth hunting equipment. Great location, close to everything and beaches. Great view of the canal, and very peaceful sitting in lanai for breakfasts. Host responded to all our requests in a very timely manner and went above and beyond for us. Can’t say enough great things about this place - will definitely rent again when I return. Thanks so much for a perfect place for our week long stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Location was good (north Englewood). Home was set up nicely. My husband enjoyed having a separate space to work. Spent a lot of time on the lanai. Unfortunately, I did not catch many fish off the dock, but I sure tried!

This was an amazing place to stay! Everything was so clean! And everything we could need was there, from beach towels to beach chairs and umbrella to fishing rods, local literature, coffee machine and washer and dryer. We wanted for nothing! It was nice having a code to get into the cottage, so if one family member needed in and another had the key, there were no lock outs. And the view was soooo amazing! When the sun came up in the morning, everything was so beautiful. There were tons of fish jumping out of the water, pelicans diving down for fish and one day we saw a lone dolphin moving through the canal. My father lives about 2 miles away from the cottage, over on Bayshore behind Englewood Isles so we spent most meals over there. We would definitely stay in this cottage on another trip. Thank you for making our stay most comfortable!

Best VRBO rental I've ever stayed at....the owner was accommodating, and view of twin forks water channel was beautiful!! Saw all kinds of wildlife, and boats go by and has a nice dock to sit on. Also loved all the amenities and decor inside.....

Fairview Cottage is a beautiful retreat close to all the amenities South Florida has to offer, yet quiet and relaxing far from hustle and bustle of everyday life to help you recharge. Beach, restaurants, shopping, and attractions all within easy short drive. The owners have provided pretty much everything you can think of for a vacation trip. I had never had a vacation property that had more to offer. All yoi need to do is pack your clothes and a toothbrush and your set. Can wait until we can book our next vacation with Fairview Cottage.
