Relaxing Little Getaway
One can't ask for a better location to enjoy the outdoors right across the street from the large, local park. We enjoyed daily walks along the bay, sat at the beach and soaked up the sunshine. Next time, we'll bring our fishing gear.

We really enjoyed our stay at Little Bay Getaway. The property was very well equipped and even had an air conditioner which we used on two days. Would definitely book this again on any future trips back to Gladstone. The only suggestion we have is the mattress needs to be replaced. Mark. Ann and Amanda Goodman

Great Little House
This was our third year renting this adorable house. Excellent location - beach just across the road. Good size yard for our Corgi to run around in. Well stocked kitchen and bath. I recommend a larger bed with sheets that stay in place. Safe area. Definitely recommend!

summer vacation stay
This cottage is the absolute perfect location for the beach 4th of july fireworks and parade. The playground and beach are across the street. It is very comfortable. We stayed for a month and had a great time.

A pleasant stay
This was our second stay here and we were happy to be there both times. It’s comfortable and relaxing the location is convenient to amenities yet quiet. Having the park and lake across the street is great. Owners and caretakers were attentive. We hope to stay again.

Our Second Stay
This place suits us well. We have mobility issues so level entry, step-in shower, and washer/dryer in kitchen are helpful. Van Cleve Park is perfect for giving our dog exercise. The "Info" drawer is full of helpful hints for where to eat and what to do. We highly recommend Little Bay Get-a-Way

Such a great place!
This place was perfect for our stay! We had one child and a doggo and we were perfectly located near the park and beach. The home is very well appointed with everything we needed and very homey. Although the outside is unassuming and could use a little work, the inside was very nice. It was super clean and had many games for the kids, a stocked kitchen and the location was great. Our kids (12 & 8) enjoyed the large park across the street. We appreciated the location as its near lots of food options, grocery stores and many fishing docks to choose from.

Clean. Decent location. Beach right across the street.
Cute little cottage for a couple day stay. Beach and park are right across the street. Trailhead for bike path to Escanaba also across the street. Used it as our base for UP adventures for a couple days.

VERY ACCESSIBLE
We are mobility impaired and this cottage fit most of our needs well. Would have been better with strong grab bars in bathtub or, even better, a step-in shower with sturdy bench. Our dog loved walking/running in the park across the street. Low-tech as we are, never did get any electronics up and running. Kitchen is well supplied. We laughed at the number of fridge container lids in cupboard, but without containers! Not a problem as we ate out for all meals but two. Well furnished with good reading lights, though the daybed in the bedroom extension could use replacing. It's likely we'll rebook another year.

little Bay Getaway was cozy, comfy and just what i like.
It was a cozy cottage with a great view of the bay out front. Lots of windows, and everything I needed including washer/dryer, grill, and tall oak trees. I loved it.

Clean and comfortable!
There was everything we needed and more for our stay there. We were able to drive to Tahquemenon Falls, Pictured Rocks and Kitch iti kipi during our stay after coming from Mackinac Island. The kids had a blast at the park and beach just across the street.
