"Our third stay at 14 Hodges. We were so pleased with the upgrades. The new beds/bedding were amazing and the new thermostat was user friendly. We managed to cook quite a bit while also eating out at our favorite vegan spots in Salem and Beverly. We headed to Boston via train for the Titanic exhibit and headed to Portland Maine and the lit up for the Holidays Nubble Light House. It was great to visit the PEM once again for some great exhibits and all the local stores. It was great to be "home." "

"My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property in Hampton Beach. We were able to walk to walk local nara and restaurants. We stayed here in the winter but could imagine it being a very active and fun place to stay in the summer. Micah, the owner, was very responsive!"

"Please was clean and well organized, communication is very important and they were very responsive. Location was only 5 mins walk from the beach, which is great because the beach is very busy and noise so perfect place to relax. "Beautiful, cozy stay near the ocean. Beautiful views a short walk away. Because of the weather we didn't get to use much of the outdoor space, but several nice chairs outside. Felt pretty private, separate entrance from rest of house. The grill was a nice touch, but nowhere to sit and eat inside (other than the bed) so we didn't get a chance to cook. Thanks for the lovely stay!"

"This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. "

"Blaney St apartment was exactly as promised and was ideal for my family and me. We were visiting family in Swampscott so the location was perfect for us. We had one issue with a trash odor which was responded to immediately. Appreciate the location and ample space. Recommend if you want to be near the water in a lovely town. "

"Home was perfect for our family get together. Location was super close to downtown shops and tours. Plenty of towels and blankets. Lots of hot water for our group of 10. We had 3 vehicles and had a pretty easy time street parking one. Check in email was detailed and helpful. Check out process was simple, for which we were very grateful. Great stay overall!"

"This rental was super clean, cozy and conveniently located close to downtown Salem. Perfect for enjoying Halloween festivities in Salem. We stayed a couple days the week before Halloween. This unit was well stocked with coffee, paper products, a few snacks, kitchen supplies, soaps … and provided everything else we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed this rental very much. "

"This was a convenient pick for us, being only about 1.5 miles from other family members home. We didn't spend much time there but it was very comfortable. The weather got very cold for a few days, below freezing and we had no hot water upstairs. I contacted management and they had someone out within hours, ON A SUNDAY and started addressing the problem. I would stay here again."

"Beautiful home, spacious, clean, warm, and cozy. Enough space for a family of 5. The neighborhood was easy to find and navigate. The mattresses were not as supportive as we’re used to but we didn’t go to Boston/Chelsea to sleep. The shower was excellent. The owner lives close by which came in handy when the smoke detectors went off on our first night and we couldn’t figure out why.
