"Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet, groß und sauber (bis auf Gefrierfach, ziemlich ecklig). Der Blick aufs Meer ist einmalig, einfach klasse. Lediglich die tägliche Parkplatzsuche war sehr nervend, dort bei der Wohnung kaum eine Möglichkeit, vor allem wenn das Auto etwas größer ist... Sonst der Kontakt wegen Schlüssel und co. war sehr gut (freundlich und unkompliziert)."

I tried calling the property manager but he hung up on me, so I reached out via VRBO who put me in touch with someone else with the renting agency. He was not the property manager but was helpful. Parking was included but that was another headache to deal with as it was not as listed so after several...
