"Good hotel "

"Lo que más tengo que destacar es lo poco limpio que estaba el apartamento. Había una sandwichera que ni siquiera senmolestaron en limpiar, tenía todos los restos de comida pegados. El microondas igual, todo sucio. El váter era mejor no mirarlo mucho porque si no ya ni te sientas en el. La nevera por el mismo estilo... Y así podría seguir. A parte de la limpieza, por la noche gente gritando por los pasillos, una señora a las 8 de la mañana taconeando todos los días... En resumen, no lo recomiendo...

"Teo and Rosalie were amazing! They were extremely helpful in giving us advice as to things to do in Palermo and assisting to get a driver for a very early flight. The flat was very clean and comfortable. It is 4 flights up, but we knew there was no elevator. Our flight was delayed and they had someone there to meet us. There is an awesome terrace. We watched fireworks from the Cathedral one night. It is close to wonderful restaurants and historic city center. I would definitely stay there...

"Would have given 5 stars for all, but the AC did not work. Host said to use remote which didn't work. Tried good batteries from tv and still didn't work. Area is way too noisy to leave windows open at night. Angelo was great bringing keys and explaining best as possible being I don't speak Italian. Would be too hot in summer without AC."

"Very central located, perfect for visiting the city ( no cars!). The apartment was well decorated, we liked the loft character. But the building was in big renovations, so we were woken up at 6.30am by the construction noises. Also the air conditioning was not efficient enough for the hot weather in Palermo. All in, a nice apartment but a bit expensive for what we expected. "

"It is a very good choice to visit Palermo and nearby attractions. It is humble but very clean and Francesco is a good host. You need 15-20 minutes walking to get to the centre, for us it wasn't a problem. We really liked our stay. Recommended."
