"Excellent. I am in Florida for disaster relief. No other hotels available. The owner made sure I had a place to stay and helped with anything needed. Yes, you are staying on a boat however, they make sure you are able to get to your car at whatever time to make it to work at whatever time day or night with free overnight parking. I was a little skeptical at first with it being off of land and out of the ordinary but they made sure it was accommodating for me. They provided disaster relief free...

"Very nice stay and cute/comfortable/clean boat. Glad we did it for my hubs birthday. We brought our cooler to keep some food stuff. The kitchen is obviously not large as to be expected but it was nice to be able to have our snacks and food if you don't want to go out for all meals. The boat/marina/bathrooms were all very nice and we enjoyed our time! Thank you to our hosts!"

"This boat is definitely only for people that can handle the nomad lifestyle. There are no restroom facilities on the boat, but there is a community bathroom with a shower at the yacht club. The bathroom was very dirty, but I understand that isn’t the hosts fault. The boat itself could benefit from a good deep clean. Really enjoyed sleeping with the hatch over the bed open and looking at the stars. Security roams the place at night and we didn’t have to worry about leaving our swim suits/towels...

"It was 6 miles from key west which we liked. It sits in an inlet so you don’t see much ocean or beach. Property had a separate bath house. Bathroom wasn’t really usable & tv cord was missing so no tv (wasn’t there to watch tv) If you have problems with close spaces, it wouldn’t be for you "

"We loved staying on this houseboat. It was kind of like an adventure inside of an adventure. The only thing I would have changed (if I had the ability) was the weather. Our stay was in November (we were there for an event), so it was chilly. Next time we will stay when it's warmer, so we can enjoy coffee (by morning) and wine (by evening) out on the houseboat's deck. "My wife and I had a great time staying on Mark’s boat. The description is accurate, it’s a somewhat “roughing it” stay. This was a great stay, but would definitely be more enjoyable in cooler weather. The AC at night was a life saver, but during the day it was definitely hot. Sitting up top at night, feeling the breeze, hearing the water, and looking at the stars was wonderful though, and worth it. You definitely want some bug spray though.Mark was always quick to respond and help when needed."
