"We are lucky enough to travel frequently, and it is not often I am motivated to leave a review. This property is fantastic! It begins with the excellent property manager communication. Once on site, in a place this big, there are always details. The property manager responded, almost instantly even after hours inquiries. "The property was well maintained and felt relatively safe. My unit was updated, beautiful and very clean and comfortable. If I were to suggest one thing it would be to have some place to hang and/or store clothing. I didn’t really need it but it would’ve been nice to hang a few shirts and get other items into drawers or shelves. Perhaps my unit was so newly updated, they hadn’t gotten to that just yet. "

"Great place to stay bed was comfy and ac worked. The beach at the property was amazing and we would go for swims in the Caribbean 2-3 times a day. The staff was always very friendly and helpful and the other vacationers were all very lovely most had been coming for 10 years or more. This is our first trip. There won’t be our last."

"The host is perfect and very knowledgeable of the island. Always available to answer any questions. The condo is centralized and a short drive from anything. The free bottle of rum was a nice addition. Super comfortable and climate controlled after a hot day at the beach. Would stay in this property over and over."

"Property was exactly as described. Beautifully decorated, well stocked and clean. The view was amazing. It was wonderful walking out of the door and straight to the sand. Only guests use this beach which was nice. It was very hot so we didn’t really hang out on the patio. AC worked great. Perfect spot for a home base while exploring the island. If you want a quiet peaceful stay this is the place for you."

"The house offered ample room for our family. We had a few issues upon arrival but Robin corrected them immediately. The air conditioning in one room went down and within an hour she had someone fixing it. One bed was broken and a worker came and reinforced it better than new. After that everything was in working order. The kitchen needs to be better stocked for a family. There is one simple set of pots and pans. No bakeware or serving bowls. We used house decor to make mixing bowls and salad...

"We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay near the downtown or ferry/seaplane port. Natalie was very welcome and accommodating. "Great property with enough room for the entire family. We never felt crowded. The beach was about 30 ft out our back door. Perfect. There were a few stairs up then back down to get into the property ( I had my elderly dad with me., other than that it was perfect. The property had everything we needed ie. "We stayed with Brooke at Coakley Bay and the time passed far to quickly. The condo has perfect views, plenty big being 3 bedroom and 2 full baths. Easy to find, Brooke was always available when we had questions. The diving was spectacular and dining was great. I recommend Dunigans for Lobster. The condo has a great pool that is warm and perfect for relaxation. We would buy the place if it were available."
