"Located in a quiet, yet very close to all life necessities, this clean property is a great find. The owner is an excellent communicator. Besides sending us all necessary info before our arrival, he checked in on us during our stay. The king mattress was very firm, as we like it. There were extra pillows, blankets, portable fan in the apartment. We took advantage of the coin operated community washers an dryers in the basement."

"Checking in was super easy and Martha is just the nicest person. We actually got locked out and she let us in no problem. The rooms are cozy, the kitchen has all the gadgets we needed. The decor was great! Theres a polar bear coming out of the wall! We had an amazing trip! Thank you! "

"Great location, easy check in, even with arriving at 1am. The apartment is well supplied, has everything you need for a multi day stay. The owner was very kind and responsive. It is a basement apartment so can hear the tenants above and the boiler for the building but it wasn’t a problem-just something to be aware of if you are sensitive to noise. We will definitely stay here again."

"Loved the layout of the house and the oversized bathtub, although it takes time to fill it. My kids loved the couch too. The neighborhood is charming and my son loves watching planes land and takeoff. One pilot even invited him to touch his plane and feel it. Very cool. We felt at home here. Wish it hadn't been raining so we could have enjoyed the hot tub more. "

"This Cabin is AMAZING!!! If you stay in North Pole, AK or Fairbanks, AK you have to stay here. The space has plenty of room, an Awesome bathroom and a Great kitchen. There's even cereal and coffee provided and all the basic dishware and utensils. Very Clean. Veey responsive host. "

"We had a great time staying in the Gilmore house, we stayed with our family and really enjoyed our time. The house is really cosy and warm, clean and quiet, you feel you are in the woods. Laura and Martin were fantastic hosts, they left all the amenities for us to enjoy and relax. They even let us know every time the Aurora's were out. Thank you Laura and Martin!! "

"Believe the photos! The house truly is this beautiful! There were four in our party; the living area was plenty big enough and very comfortable for us to relax and watch a movie after being out all day. The kitchen was also big enough for us to move around without getting in each other’s way to make something to eat, make coffee, fix a snack, etc.The bedrooms were big, too. "This treehouse was a wonderful stay. The check-in was easy, just a code for the door. Made it very easy when my plane landed at 0200 and an exhausted traveler just wanted to sleep. The house was warm and welcoming. Spacious enough for me. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked. The host was very responsive to my questions. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Amazing! If I would create a cozy cabin, this would be it. I travel with my own twinkle lights to create the right soothing ambiance, but I didn’t need them here. Quiet, sparking clean, and efficient use of kitchen space. It also boasted the best water pressure of all the places we stayed in our 18 day trip.I met Raven’s staff (mom and maintenance man) upon departure and they sing her praises. This speaks volumes.
