"We were only able to stay 3 nights, and it rained one day, but it was perfect!This place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The 3rd floor balcony is the perfect place to spend hours, any time of day. One morning there were tracks from a sea turtle that had laid eggs along the seawall. A neighbor said they had been collected and moved to a safer place because of the waterline there. The kitchen has every appliance you could want and it's all brand new too! Only issue was that I...

"This property was in a great location! A very short walk to the beach, a great breakfast spot, and the tram stop. We easily walked back to the house from the beach to refill our small cooler and enjoyed the ability to take the tram up to the busier area of the beach where there were restaurants and shops to enjoy. The house itself had everything we needed for our stay - a clean place to rest our heads after a day of playing. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Our adult family of six had a wonderful stay at Michael's house. Everything was decorated nicely and the house was well stocked with all the items to make our stay comfortable. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy the restaurants and nightlife that Fort Myers has to offer. Communication was great and we liked the fact that we could bring our boat and easily access the Gulf. We will definitely stay again in the future."

"Excellent! The only issue was not the property owners fault. Fort Myers Beach is still recovering from Hurricane Ian and there was some work still happening on the beach during the day. It appears they are almost finished with that section of beach. Other than that, it was a perfect 3 day weekend."

"This place was easily at the top of the list of the places we have stayed. Easy check in. Tawnia was very fast to respond to any questions we had. "Really enjoyed our stay. The view was super. The rental was fully stocked with everything we needed except for food...Publix about 2.4 miles, CVS right down the street.
