perfect for large group
We had a great time visiting RMNP and this nice house is one of the reasons. It is very spacious, at a perfect location and it is very well maintained. There is a group of elks near by and they visited us several times during our stay. overall we are very happy with our experience.

Elk Watching Paradise
We loved this property for many reasons. Plenty of space for everyone, beautiful overlook to the mountains, well stocked kitchen and a perfect view to watch the elk during the rut. Lots of wildlife around the property, which everyone enjoyed.

In town with family for a wedding
We were in Estes Park for our daughter’s wedding and had 11 adults and an infant. The house had all the amenities we needed, was clean and had lots of communal space for relaxing and eating. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend for a group.

Great deck views
The house was great for our large group(15). The front deck was lovely with wonderful views of the Rocky Mountains. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out We had a little issue that the manager was prompt to respond to and fix! There are a few minor fix needs-door handle on downstairs bedroom falls off and towel rack in downstairs bathroom needs fixed. New cushions on the outside furniture would be nice. Overall it was a fun week.

Wonderful place, wonderful stay
The house is just as pictured! There is plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is beautifully stocked and worked well for fixing family meals. There is plenty of space for a large group to visit all together and smaller spaces where a person can relax and get away. Any questions we had were answered quickly. It was a perfect place for our family reunion. 10 out of 10 review!! One note: if you are sensitive to heat and planning to stay in the house all day you should note that the home does not have air conditioning. That did not affect us at all since the nights were cool and each bedroom had a good fan but it did get warm midday during hot July days.

celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with family
This home 🏠 is perfect for a large family vacation. Huge family room . The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. Plenty of large bedrooms and no waiting for a bathrooms. Wildlife was walking and grazing most days through the yard. The town is near which was great for everyone. Hiking, horseback riding and rafting was enjoyed, there was Also a ghost tour we enjoyed at the Stanley hotel

Family fun
Cabin was nice, did need to wash sheets on one bed the first night. I wouldn’t call it a six bedroom house since one bedroom didn’t have any privacy at all (could have been called an open bunk room). Jody was wonderful and very attentive to all of our needs. Overall we enjoyed our time there.

Colorado Experience
We had 12 people, including 4 kids 5 - 12. We used all 6 BR’s. All adults enjoyed king beds in large BR’s, including TV’s. Kids were in bunks & enjoyed having a kitchen/fridge in their room. Much of our time at the Lodge was spent in the kitchen/dining area plenty of room for many to gather. Also spent lots of time on the huge front deck for dining or just enjoying CO views. It’s not easy to find a space big enough for this diverse group. The Lodge was a great property, which we really enjoyed .

Great place with terrific views
Property was 'as advertised'. Living and dining areas were expansive and accommodated our family of 16. Couples had a private area and all of the children had proper bed space. Bathrooms were likewise spacious and accommodating. Balcony views were stunning and that's where we spent a good portion of our time. Highly recommend this property to other large parties looking for a convenient location with great views and accommodations.

We stayed at this house to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. I can't imagine a better home for that special of a family moment. There was wildlife always outside the door to watch from the deck like a newborn elk calf nursing or full male elk with glorious antlers. The kitchen and living room were large enough for all 11 of us to hang out or eat and not be in each other's way. Town is just 10 mins away so getting to the store, a restaurant, or go shopping is convenient.

Highly Recommend
Not only can this location house a bunch of folks comfortably, the layout is perfect for spending time together. We had 10+ people and could hang out in the kitchen or living room without disturbing people who wanted to sleep in. It was simply ideal for a group with different schedules and routines. Assist, super well stocked for a short-term rental. We had all the cooking utensils and random things we needed.

Christmas weekend
The home was just as described. Decorated for Christmas was perfect with tree and trimmings. Kids and adults all had a great time. We all would definitely stay here again. Town and the National Park were well within reach. The beauty of the area and the wildlife are fantastic. Thank you again!!

Very nice
The property is decorated very beautifully. It has such a well stocked kitchen. The views and the area is exceptional. The manager was responsive in a very timely manner concerning an issue with the refrigerator. Overall it was a great place to stay for our Family.

Absolutely wonderful lodge!
My family and I celebrated my mother’s 85th birthday at the lodge. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the accommodations were! Jodi was very helpful with making sure that my mother, who uses a walker, had access to the main level. This is an extremely comfortable, luxurious house and the views are stellar! The last day of our stay we were visited by a herd of elk! We look forward to staying at the lodge again sometime.

Always a great time at this property
We love staying here, the location and facilities are perfect for a family vacation. If you're looking to see wildlife you will see plenty right outside the door. It's fairly close to town and all the attractions in the surrounding area. This was our second time going here for our annual Estes Park family vacation and it never disappoints.

We had plenty of room and the house was well supplied.. Easy access and ample parking. Only a couple of minutes to the golf course and just a few to town. Great walking path across the street. We hope to return next year.

Family Vacation
We had a total of 16 people on this stay. Our 7 children, two spouses, and 5 grandchildren. The house was absolutely perfect for our stay. The wildlife, the amenities for cooking, and the giant dining table were the best of the trip. I would do it again and again.
