"We were quite pleased with our stay at the Bancroft Cottage. The accomadations were excellent. The amenities were fine. The cottage was well stocked and supplied with everything one would need for a stay. Even though it was in the heart of the town it was quiet and peaceful. We will most likely be back when we return to Granville in the future. Highly recommended!"

"This house is very unique. There are 4 separate floors. The bedrooms are each on a separate floor. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom which was amazing. It has a fully stocked kitchen with a gas stove. There are 3 different options for making coffee. A french press, expresso machine, and a single serve machine. The living room is large with comfortable seating. There is another common area on the 4th floor with a couch and tv. And a door to the patio/balcony. The house would be perfect...

"We were only there for one night for a concert so we were only at the space to sleep but the location was great, the space was very clean and the communication with the host was great! The only downside is the parking is extremely tight and we didn’t even have a large SUV, but we figured that out too and still had a great stay!"

The property is situated very close to the lake and was a quick walk to the docks where the kickoff event took place. It is also such a cute and welcoming property! "Charles was very responsive. The houses were spacious. Kids loved the hot tubs. There was plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family of 14. Housekeeping was lacking as the top floor in One of the houses. The floor was covered in dog hair. One of the children was highly allergic to dog hair and woke up with swollen eyes. In that particular side the towels smelled like vomit. We did take care of that immediately since there is a washer and dryer on site. Our wish list, The bedrooms and bathrooms...

"My boyfriend and I brought our dog with us to stay here. The place was beautiful and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe and decorated for the holidays. There are a lot of signs in the neighborhood asking for me to curb my dog (which I can do). Not used to so many signs asking for the dogs not to relieve themselves, use the yard. Would stay here again"
