"This lovely property is even better than the photos. The house is spotless, well cared for, and has all the amenities you could ask for. The hosts were so quick to answer when we had questions, and the check in and check out process was so smooth. Several things to note - there are stairs, however, they were easy to navigate and are very sturdy. We were there to move our son into his dorm at The College of Coastal Georgia. "Took a trip to St. Simon's with our grown children, their spouses and friends. This house was perfect for our large group. Between the main house and the guest house we had more than enough sleeping space. The common area was large and beautifully decorated, kitchen fully equipped, pool refreshing, and electronics easy to operate. Location was great to explore the island and management company helpful. Great stay and would definitely recommend booking this property."

"We picked this place because my sister is a wildlife photographer and she wanted to be on the marsh. We saw deer, otters, raccoons, of course all types of birds. We also got to enjoy beautiful sunrises, full moon and a lightning storm. Beautiful views from every room. Every single one of my family members were impressed with this condo and all it had to offer. Can’t wait to go again!!"
