This was such a cute and affordable place to stay. Everything was very clean and homey. It reminded me of being at my grandma's when I was young.
The outdoors were clean and well kept with signage that had clear communication of different things you might need to know about the hotel. Now all this signage was handwritten and I thought it gave a neat touch. Obviously telling you this is a small business.
When you enter the main office it feels more like entering a living room with a check out desk. It looked clean, smelled clean, and was a nice atmosphere. The desk has a retro cash register, the kind with the keys that only have numbers and it types onto the printer paper. I have no clue if this is used or for show as I used a credit card and it was input into a computer that sat next to this cash register.
The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and happy to offer any advice on seeing Eureka Springs. He pointed out a shelf full of brochure with different activities one can enjoy on their stay in town.
We got a single queen bed room. It was cute. there was a chair for sitting, one nightstand with a lamp and the bed. The room did have a small fridge and microwave and a full sized coffee maker on the bathroom counter. There was also a little nook for luggage and clothing. The bed had a quilt on top of it which made it feel more homey.
