nice place
i didn't expect one room and 2 flights of stairs as I am challenged by them. I also couldn't use the nature on the property because of chiggers. i did enjoy the balcony but the description could have been a lot better.

Worth It!!
A perfect spot on a mountain top to get away from it all. Peaceful. View of the hills enjoyed from a nice balcony. A little stormy, wind through the trees. Very pleasant though. Temps were perfect not hot, not cold. Nice jacuzzi tub. Place had everything you need. Comfy bed too. We loved it!!! And only 5 miles out of Eureka Springs.

The most relaxing place I’ve ever stayed
Could not of asked for anything better it’s been a really rough year and last couple of months my life changed horribly when we lost my father on September 27 and my mother passed October 23 I really needed to breathe and have some peace this little cottage gave me that I will forever be grateful and can’t wait until spring when we plan on going back EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT

Time for me to relax
The listing is very accurate. The check in was very simple. Bonny was communicating with me throughout the entire process. The back deck is the place to be! Absolutely beautiful and serene! It was quiet and had plenty of books to read! I highly recommend for an individual needing peace and quiet or for a couple wanting to reconnect with eachother.

The cabin was very cute and the decor was adorable. It was so nice waking up to a beautiful view in the mornings and looking up at the sky filled with stars from the balcony. Highly recommend if you want a quite getaway.

If you crave excitement, crowds, noise, and accommodations stacked one upon the other - this is not the place for you! Barn Rose is a secluded peaceful stay a short drive from Eureka Springs. We found a very charming barn with a loft converted to a studio apartment atop the mountain with great views and an abundance of peace! Take the road less traveled by to make all the difference in your visit to Eureka Springs.

Better than the photos!
Such a great room atop the old barn! There's a really great touch I won't spoil but it makes arrival even more special 🎶 We didn't even go downtown it was so comfy! Super great folks to rent from. The pictures don't do it justice.

5th anniversary getaway
My husband and i loved our stay here. Loved the tub and the rocks that were our spout, the deck with a wrought iron swing (i added a cushion for comfort), and the views were amazing. We would absolutely revisit this property if in the area. Only wish is a way to have ice.

Diamond in the rough
To be honest pulling up to the property we weren't sure what we were getting ourselves into. Then we opened the door to our three day oasis. The room was gorgeous and the view spectacular! It was so quiet and relaxing. It really was our diamond i the rough!

Property was exactly as described.. perfect ! Host was super sweet, easy to communicate with as well. Not far from downtown but you were in your own private space. We looked outside at one point and there were a dozen deer just grazing. We will be back.
