"Property was clean and well organized. It was exactly what I expected for a rustic cottage. One travel tip for Eureka Springs. Make sure there is not a biker rally when you go. They were fine, but apparently its an annual event. All the restaurants and bars were always packed and it was noisy. The ladder part had nothing to do with the cottage."

"Stayed in Studio #2, the room was great, the bed was super comfortable, bathroom was large, everything was super clean, the grounds are beautiful and everything is definitely walking distance and you will love that and having on site parking. Parking everywhere else charges you and is difficult to find. Very pet friendly but clean up their mess!! So many things to do and beautiful scenery. We would absolutely stay again. "

It was easy to find and was super clean. Short walks to shops, restaurants, and bars. Located right on a main street the front porch was perfect for people and car watching. "My first B&B experience and Ms Patricia spoiled us. All 6 adults loved the stay and are already talking about a return trip next year. The uniquely designed rooms were darling.
