BJ quickly responded to my Facebook post about the opening and was very welcoming! We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend in Evarts! We loved the location to the trails! "the house and property are marvelous. Some GPS devices will have you pass the house up. as soon as you turn over the bridge the house is the first property on the left. We are coming back again in August. Definitely recommend. "

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The location is good and the owner is great. Kim is very responsive. We had an issue with the temperature in the place and Kim addressed it quickly and attentively; and it was resolved. Even my dog was comfortable staying there. He usually barks when we leave him alone (crated), but he didn't while there. "

"What a lovely place to stay in the mountains of southwest Virginia. We visit BSG nearly every year for a family reunion. The only decent hotel in town has seen better days and we wanted something more comfortable. This trip was my 84 year old Dad and me. "What a wonderful property! We loved the privacy of our site and the outdoor area was so fun and relaxing for my partner and I! The hot tub was a hit for him and provided much pain relief and I loved having the ability to cook on the griddle/grill combo! We met Wes on our way out and had a wonderful talk about the area and local culture- he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We both hope to be back for another visit soon! "

"My partner and I stayed in this cabin for just under 2 weeks and it was nothing short of magical. From a fully outfitted kitchen, to a breath taking view once you step outside, even down to the bathrobes that we were able to use, this cabin is worth every penny and more! I highly recommend this property to anyone who is willing to make the drive out to stay here. We will definitely be coming back! "

"Such a cute property nestled in the mountains. The host went above and beyond with addressing any concerns we had during our stay. The property is well maintained with everything you need to disconnect for a few days with an amazing view if you're willing to take a small hike up the mountain. We loved exploring the small-town life as there was such a nice sense of community. Would highly reccommend if you are looking for a nice spot to disconnect. "
