"The house was able to accommodate 12 people comfortably, with extra beds to spare. The kitchen was huge, which was convenient for us. We had other family members renting the house next door, and had all of them over one night to cook for my grandma's 90th birthday. "Wonderful property on Watts-Barr lake with a dock. 3rd year in a row coming down for Labor Day with friends. The dock is awesome for swimming with kiddos and keeping the boat. The boat ramp is only 10 minutes away. The water slide from the top level is thrilling for sure! The house was clean and stocked generously with cookware and dishes. Great views of the sunset and wildlife abound. Definitely on our list of places to come back to. "
