"We stayed in the island lodge. The lodge itself is very nice, only downpoint of the actual lodge is lack of storage space in the kitchen. My biggest complaints about this place were 1. When making the booking it NEVER mentioned that the only way to access your lodge is via a small rowing boat. I kid you not. "Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und sorgt sich um das Wohl seiner Mieter. Utrecht und Amersfoort sind gut mit dem Zug erreichbar, ca. 10-15 Minuten Fußweg zum Bahnhof. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Ying Yi und Gijs sind sehr nette und sympathische Gastgeber, die ihren Gästen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Wir haben uns von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Blumenstrauß und der Wein auf dem Tisch haben uns das Gefühl gegeben herzlich willkommen zu sein. De Duif liegt wie beschrieben. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse und vom Küchentisch ist fantastisch. "This property has 2 rentals next to each other. Carola and Joris are very approachable and wonderful hosts. They want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Each unit is newly renovated and comfortable for 1-2 people to stay in. It is conveniently located near the Maxima Park, shops and lots of beautiful bike and walking paths. Next to the property is a large farm - which has a great store with fresh, local foods open on Thu-Sat. The area is very safe and friendly. Parking is free....

"Location was great. Chalet was well equipped with comfortable living space. Relaxing and chilled resort. Beds did not match the rest of the decor. They were low quality and not comfortable. Also the checkout regime of stripping the beds was a bit backpacker esque. Considering otherwise a quality resort. Last point, dog owners. Contrary to online description there are very few places within walking distance to walk a dog. Except along the road."
